Requirements Analysis

I served as both project manager and analyst for a complex sales order system modernization. The client's existing process involved a large number of order line item types to which each product and product category mapped, some line items, themselves, dynamically spawning additional line items.

The challenges were corralling the myriad business rules—I’ve always enjoyed translating client business requirements into clear specifications—and writing the process controller code that consumes and acts upon those specifications.
