Neal Bailly

Under my direction, the Sports Illustrated web development team relied heavily on Jeff for a wide range of tasks. Jeff is versatile, self-managing, and detail-oriented. He always spent time up front making sure tasks were well understood before starting production work. He is a smart and mature programmer, with analytic skills that surpass his peers. He is also a great guy to work with, and has a solid work ethic. In the first year that we launched the new SI.com site he completed many tasks under heavy pressure - always putting in the extra time and effort needed to succeed.
