Jeff is an awesome team player! Not only does he possess a wealth of knowledge in drupal, php, and beyond, he is a great communicator, and mentor. 

While working with Jeff I was still a pretty novice Drupal developer. Jeff really took the time to walk me through some challenging code, and explained what needed to be done. I am a better developer partially due to the expertise Jeff showed me. 

Jeff would be an asset to any team he joins, both in the excellent code he writes and the leadership role he takes.
